it was all staged but is supposed to look live a live shoot. We shot all of the band stuff onstage before the crowd turned up and then did about three or four passes with the crowd in place. It wasn't a proper show either, the crowd were all friends of the band who thankfully didn't mind jumping up and down to the same track over and over again...
The footage in the recording studio(s) was done around six months later, as was the soundtrack !!!

WOW!!! This is better than some music videos on TV!! The Canon XL-2's did a great job in low light. The composition was superb as is the content.

I just managed to get back on the forum after endless technical problems, and I see you've done it again with another awesome music video.
I should let the forum know that Allen and I are both from Glasgow, and when I was over there for a visit a couple of years back, he gave me a personal tour of the 'state of the art' BBC Scotland studios where he works as a cameraman.
Allen, I have some stuff to send you, if you'll email me offlist.
That is, if you're not going out on assignment to film the Loch Ness Monster again !
