Mini DV Tape Labels

Can anyone tell me where I can buy mini-dv tape labels?

I've tried Tape Resources who carried them a few years back and well as others such as Amazon.com, but so far without success.

I've also used Avery return address labels on the spine of the mini-dv-tapes but removing the label when you want to recycle the tape leaves a sticky mess.

Darrel for the Gooey mess you speak of try a Product called Goo Gone. I just put a bit on a cloth put it on the label and it almost falls off. I got my first at Michael s but I have seen it at other places.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

Just as a matter of info the labels from Polyline arrived yesterday and I've put them to good use.

If you want to remove the stick mess, you speak of, what I use is turpentine. I dip a small paint brush into the can and paint a tin layer over the adhesive, let sit for a few minutes, wipe clean with a clean cloth. I use the same method when I remove labels from DVDs. Use sparingly and make sure it doesn't get on the recording surface.

Thanks Ron,

Yesterday I found the Goo Gone product at Walmart.

I expect this to provide good results. If it doesn't I'll give turpentine a go.
