Have anyone had to have their Renommee repaired by casablanca repair center, I think my power supply took a dump but not sure if parts are available.
Thanks for the help

Alex,

Probably a good idea to call Dennis in Boulder, and ask if he has
parts available. However, a power supply should
be easy to keep in stock.

Their phone number is 303 440-5311.

Thank Jim, I'm hoping that is the problem I checked power after power supply and found no voltage so I'm guessing it is internal of power supply, this Renommee is loaded with software and I don't see if the new company is going to come out with new editors and offer software transfer, for now I will use my Prestige Plus which is much slower.
Again thanks if anyone has had this experience with power supply I would love to hear from them :D

Alex;
This topic has been on Cassie's Tip List with no answer. Macrosystem says at this time they don't have a power suply for the Renommee but state that sometimes what looks like a power supply problem might be something else. Your best bet is to call them. I along with others have tried to find a replacement one with no luck. The power supply is made by Enhance and is Model ENP-2824. I think the biggest problem in finding a replacement is the size and number of connections. Please keep us informed.

I spoke to Dennis he told me to ship to boulder and so far he has been able to fix this editors, I'm so glad I did he was able to get the Renommee up and running very fair at price. That is what makes this company different than any other I have ever deal with. Thank Jim Meeker for the info.
