Hello All,

I just wanted to let you know the dropped frame issue is of major concern to us. in fact, so much so, that Eric was on the phone with Joerg this afternoon (11pm Germany time). They have identified the issued believe it to be fixed. We anticipate a new version to us in a day or so, and we will make it our priority to test it and get it out to you as soon as possible.

Germany has been given this issue and a few others as priority items and they will do their best to get them resolved
ASAP.

For those of you who do not know me, I am Dennis Gechas, Operations Manager for MSUS.

I will do my best to keep you updated.

Dennis

Hi there,

I'm not a 4K owner, I have a Solitaire+ Ultra-upgraded and a Renomee+ Ultra upgraded too, but I've experienced that issue too...I did a few tests with my machines and noticed that those drop-frames happend during the video capture and not during the DVD or editing process.
It' s only when I capture a non DV/HDV source...When I capture a pure DV source through firewire...no problem at all, but when I use for ex. my Sony J-30 (through firewire) and try to capture a BETA SP or DIGITAL BETA source, here we go, those bloody drop frames  are comming back !!!
