My Claro tells me it will read (input) only DVDs created in Arabesk. There must be a simple work-around to input non-commercial DVD, non Arabesk-created content to Casa, but please, can someone jog my faulty old memory?

The internal DVD import capability (called Ksebara) is designed to load in DVD projects previously created in DVD Arabesk. If you wish to load other (non-Arabesk disks) you will need to connect an external DVD player to your Casablanca and import as if it were a video source (which is technically will be
