I have the SONY HDV flash recorder. I import via the BOGART side and the clips fly-by faster than real time. I also have tape as a backup as the camera is a hybrid-tape and flash simultaneously.

However, my AVCHD material looks great but due to compression, downloads slower. Anyway, I may still upgrade to a full flash pro camera, namely the Sony NXCAM.
