Bogart Quad cam 2 problems

I'm just wondering if I'm the only one having issues with quadcam 2 when trying to switch from one camera to another it will not take it I have to click on track ball several times for it to switch I have tried with keyboard same problem , I can use the regular Quadcam and it works perfect no issues I'm on Bogart 8.3 using Studio Pro
