Solution for making copies of Blu Ray discs made in Arabesk

Post by Christopher6206 »

Hello,

I just wanted to share this. I've been frustrated with Arabesk 5.6. If I burn a Blu Ray disc and have to then delete the rendered file that took 24 hours to render (no I don't have render booster), but then want to make another copy of said disc, everytime I try using the read disc button in Arabesk to load it back in, after a few minutes I get an error. And with my PC the Blu Ray discs made in Arabesk are not recognized by Windows so I can't rip the files and then re burn another one on my Blu Ray drive. SO today I bought the LG External Blu Ray writer. The manual says Model # BE14NU40. The box says Super Multi Blue BE14. Retailed for $139.00. It came with software for copying discs and can do a lot more than that but I won't go into detail. Hooked it up to my PC and installed the software and it made a perfect copy of my Arabesk created Blu ray disc. Problem solved. And I still didn't have to buy render booster. This little baby is going to get some use. I make Blu Rays for people frequently and usually make extras in case I get an order down the road. but if I run out I have to create the program all over again. Not any more.

I now have Arabesk 6 and it since it has 2 Blu Ray drives and a "copy disc" function loading a disc back into Arabesk isn't really necessary so I've never tried it. I also have render booster which is very nice. I still use the PC Blu Ray writer occasionally when I have to make a lot of copies.

Did you see my post under Bogart 8.2? Tells my experience with burning BluRays (easy) and DVDS (not quite so simple.
