Well someone does care! I just talked to Joel Brooks and he answered my questions and more. I would like to thank him for reaching out to me. That's what customer service is all about. I guess I'll edit with Macro systems a few more years. I have been using these machines since 2000 and I love them. Thanks again Joel. If you all need a dealer that's in tune with your needs he is your man!
