New camera for Bogart

Post by flvideo »

I am looking to purchase a new camera for capturing video for use with Bogart for windows which I have already purchased the Gold! I was wondering if these specs were compatible with BFW? SD/SDHC/SDXC card (Class 4 or faster)
Memory Stick PRO Duo media and MS-PX series of "Mirroring Memory Memory Stick"
HXR-FMU128 128GB flash memory module

My problem is I am not sure what is compatable with the Bogart! Frank that camera's spec are impressive but it doesn't have any audio inputs that I can see, I need XLR inputs. The one I had above I had to nix for that reason no XLR. This is the one I am looking at now. Does it look like it will work with Bogart f/ windows?

Here is you XLR audio problem solved for US199.http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?N= ... yes&sts=pi
Plus US 1,300 for RX10 II this will be a total US1,499 vs US2,699 with the lens that come with the camera is a 18-105 mm F4
this is not a good lens for LOW LIGHT but for other use,is very good !! E-mount for low light lenses like the amazing sony 24-70 mm 2.8
it cost U1,998 :o .

RX10 II comes with the 24-200 mm f2.8 all the way even if you pull the zoom to the 200 mm will keep 2.8 APERTURE that is very acceptable
for low light situations, and don't forget the 4K features that comes with the rx10 II ;)

Good luck Franklin !!

Bogart W....handles 4k. I have the Ax-100..... Works well. Consider the PXW x-70. Both Sony.

I like the PXW-100 but its outa my price range and the 70 uses th NP-FV btteries. They are a little smaller than the NP-F bateries. I have about $600 in batteries that I'd like to be ablt use. I was so looking forward to having a camera that was big enough to go on my shoulder again. the NEX-EA50 fits all those bills. But never having any experience with Bogart I wasn't sure it was compatible. I don't need a $3000 boat anchor!
