If your PC is not good enough, you can transfer the SW for free to the faster model. When you have the free Bogart trial installed on the new PC, call your dealer with the new serial number, and they will give you the procedure to get it off your old PC.

Until Germany and the Americas complete our testing of Bogart 7 for Windows 10, please do not load B7 on W10. Sure people have and it works for most, but do you want to put days of work at risk? If you are just a hobbyist, or back your stuff up regularly, you should be fine.

No. You need new codes for the windows SW. You will have to purchase the new SW but there is a discount on any titles that you currently have that are available for the windows platform.

Thank You! Craig Newman for your interest in solving this problem. After a few discussions over the phone we noticed that I shoot in 1080P and he shot in 1080I. I tried shooting a few 15 min clips in 1080I the audio synced up correctly. I have just run a longer test 50min and the audio synced up correctly. Thanks again Craig
