Wait for word on a release. Sometime we skip a version in the US if there is a pending update other than a current version in the Que (Europe) which fixes an issue.

- Bogart 11.4 for Windows was released on November 29th and there are no reported issues caused by that update. The changes from Bogart 11.3 are listed here.
- Since every hard-drive can die from one second to the other, it is highly recommended to backup important data regularly. A new update should be the latest possible time for that
- Bogart Windows can always be uninstalled to install an older version and restore a recent backup. So no problem keeping the system up to date.
