Bogart 12 PAL project
I have a client who made need their NTSC VHS tape converted to an.mp4 in PAL format. I see on Bogart 12 I can make a project in PAL. If I import the VHS tape will it convert to PAL and make a clean .mp4 format in 50i? And can I play it back on my screen or will it not be smooth?

PAL and NTSC fortunately died with the usage of tapes. 
- Recording from tape, you will need to use a SD 60i project in BogartSE.
- But as long as you don't want the output on tape (what Bogart Windows doesn't support any more), you don't need a PAL project.
- Just export the movie as 60i MP4 and every TV in PAL areas will playback it with 60Hz fine.
