I recently added to the second top toolbar two more important shortcut icons.
.Select All

.ANIM

Follow the prior instructions as before but open up your custom tool>SKETCH or TOOL BIN.

NOW....Right click>COPY

Follow the instructions in this link but ADD your icons as a PASTE:


Right Click>EDIT>ADD KEYBOARD COMMAND then dock as a toolbar or as plain icons. Go into layers and assign these commands in the EDIT BOX. The new toolbar can then be added to the very top and be adjusted for size or as second-layer tool bar.

I now can just click on an icon to SELECT ALL of the layer and CLICK on an icon to make an ANIM layer.
