Devellopment/Release of CBP2

Post by HansJoachimKoenig »

Hi CBPaint2 owners having a license for Bogart

Last week Michael Huebmer MS Austria has issued a fill-in-form
https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewfor ... MWprYXc6MQ
Ms likes to check the wishes of CBP2 ownners who can't yet use the program on their Bogart casas although
licensed but not released.
Release of programs which have to be rebuild for Bogart is still in progress.
But obviously CBP2 will not be released before 2012, if ever.
It depends upon the wishes of CBP2 owners to have a release.
There is even the idea of a price refund.
The fill-in-form is asking for your license number of your casa used before and after licensing for Bogart.
Maybe you are also interested in submitting.
You can't do anything wrong since this is only first for statistics and workout of a solution.
There even is a field for comments.
I think the more CBP2 owners do answer the better the chance for a final solution.
Since Lou is able to present an attachment on this forum, maybe he has a helping hand to fill out the form?

last time on what was used CBPaint.

Serial number of the current device with BogartSE *

to which the license has been transferred and where it does not currently running is.

When upgrading from V1 to V2 CBPaint, use the date of the V1 state licensing.

Email address for the transmission of my proposed solutions *

Additional information or comments
you want to share with us.

Since probably 99% of all buyers CBPaint in Casablanca forum are active -
or read along quietly, I would like to discuss the current status of CBPaint.

The "CB Paint manufacturer, the French company" Paint TV, "added a while ago
Time, work on the 3D DeluxeTitler completed and is now working for BogartSE
an improved PiP Studio 3D implementation. The cooperation is contrary to
So other rumors still upright.

In parallel, the company also developed "TV Paint Animation", the original
Amiga and PC version which we CBPaint means, for Linux. The seemingly
final beta testing should continue until January 2011, then the
Feedback from testers Linux Linux incorporated into a final version. As
then this can quickly come as a complete release for Linux is currently
not foreseeable. The last two beta test phase were always close to 6
Months, so I personally tap for summer 2011 for Linux Release
would.

Since BogartSE built on Linux, it would be (if there is enough demand) probably
possible for the Linux version will also BogartSE adapt. How quickly this
in turn can go and whether there is ever enough for demand to the
to make economically, but probably no one estimate. Before the end
2011 or mid 2012, I consider it (personally) as unrealistic.

Since this is a long time yet and the displeasure of the CBPaint users in the forum
already been done more often known, I would like finally to a solution
CBPaint disgruntled owners found!

If you have a CBPaint 1 or 2 license, not use them under BogartSE
can not and do not want to wait any longer, please fill out this form:
