As soon as you use MM with the audio moved 5 frames forward & use EXTRA HIGH with Mpeg checked then use 1080p or 720p PC Files DIVX avi in MM your video HAS to look better on line

to convert this file, for faster dowload to vimeo? because this direct
fili to VIMEO takes for ever to load

I am using http://www.squared5.com/ to convert to MP4 but once is convert
there is no AUDIO
