I just experimented (nothing professional) with the new upgraded Media Manager and it appears that the HD output works excellent in 2.3.

CLICK ON THE HD ICON.....I used Canon XHA-1"S" with the SONY COMPACT FLASH RECORDER-HVR-MRC1 K and imported the files from Compact flash via the BOGART SE RECORD/USB ICON in a HD project.

.I threw together a clip of the Grandson spinning around.....just took his first steps recently after the video

.First Clip is actually using CANDY FACTORY...yes...Candy Factory can be used to manipulate video as well as titles.

.Used Twixtor

.BORDER X HD plus ANIM X

NOTE: I got this thrown off of Facebook for using the song POPCORN to a baby's antics. Hope it stays on YOU TUBE.

YES...looks like that was fixed. Thanks. I probaby should have made it shorter but I just love looking at the kid.

Some HDV clips from my cruise. From the scene bin to media manager, then used the you tube codec (HD) to get it ready to upload to you tube. 53sec long. Audio went blank after a sew seconds
