My first time with the glide Cam 2000Pro...A little heavy but alot of fun. I was using PD170. Vx2000 made it a little lighter and easier to move.

Re: First Time Glide Cam
Hi Rick, were you using it indoors or out? Have you tried it outdoors in the wind yet and on real uneven ground?

Hi Paul, Acutally yes in the video during the photo session (Digital Imaging session. I like to call it) There was uneven ground and a bit windy. I got to tell you, I like this thing.PaulBusta wrote:Hi Rick, were you using it indoors or out? Have you tried it outdoors in the wind yet and on real uneven ground?

Re: First Time Glide Cam
I like what you did with the freezing of the jump, then the zoom. Also liked the chroma work!
I use the merlin steadi cam. It is light weight and can use it for a good amount of time before arm fatigue sets in. It is also very easy to attach and release the camera, just seconds. I use on just about every shoot. I try produce shots that seperate my shots from the others. I use a fish eye lens which gives me some beautiful shots that you can't duplicate in post.
Good job!!
