I agree that this is not the official method of reporting bugs, but rest assured the Lou and I report bugs through the official pipelines as well.
Here and the List are the ideal places to let others know about bugs who might not realize it is a bug as MS is not that great at doing so.
Also, here and the List are good places to determine if a bug is widespread and consistent or affects few and is sporadic.

I for one,is very thankful for the contributions that Lou and Tim make to this bulletin board. Not overlooking others (Chet, Cris Stone, and Jim Meeker) add to this board. I check daily to look for helpful hints that I have problems with. Most of the things that I read don't apply to me but. every once in a while some one comes up with a helpful hint that I can use. Keep them coming guys.
