Lost Project Choices

When all else fails, try a full, destructive install of the OS. Good advice but it doesn't always work.

What I didn't know was that the Bogart OS would default to a single monitor system with either a full or partial install. However with Tech Support's wizard, Justin Philpot, I was able to restore my S4100 to dual monitor status.

When I signed off with Justin I didn't know that my S4100 was now a 3 project system instead of the usual 30. And further complicating the issue, the format selections were reduced from 6 to 4. Gone were the two selections for HD input.

Time for another try at the full instal of 2.4c. Unfortunately, it didn't work. My unit is still limited to 3 projects and 4 video format selections.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Well, it seems that the Pro Pack is not active.

Check it is activated in the product installation menu... if not, you have to activate it by entering the code.

That was the key. When I activated the software both issues vanished.
