Twister

Post by bandjc »

I am using Twister on my Prestige and find it brilliant for trimming scenes, would not be without it, but I only use the 4 buttons, can the sliders be used for anything or are they obsolete with Prestige?

I never heard that the Twister had fewer functions with the Prestige or any other newer model.

I seem to remember hearing that some software was being enhanced to work better with the Twister, but the manual is dated January 14, 2003 and hasn't been updated since then.

You can download the manual from this page http://www.macrosystem.de/e/downloads.html

The sliders can be used as audio controls in a few menus.

Craig's link to the manual describes them.

Twister works the same on all platforms, even the new gen3 Bogart machines, but it's buttons and sliders were never taken full advantage of like they could/should have been due to not enough sales (kinda like CB Paint LOL)
My mom always told me that happiness was the key to life.
At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
I told them they didn’t understand life.
