Solitaire Video Input Receptacles ?

Can anyone tell me if I can connect a mini camcorder's AV cable to a Solitaire? The camcorder's AV output port is a single pin type so I'd need a cable that would have a male pin on one end and a conventional 3 plug (video, 2 audio) configuration on the other end.

Depends on the specifics of that camcorder port - if it is truly an AV port, supplying composite video and line level audio thru an adapter, then yes you could. Your Solitaire will take any composite video signal (through the RCA/Phono jack labeled 'Video in'). The trick can be finding the adapter/connector that will correctly match your camera. There are a few standard models and some camcorders have 'special' connectors.
