CALADAN 1.10 not working

I was trying to use my HP printer that I use on my R-Plus with
the caladan 1.6 with my new S-6000 but caladan 1.10 and is not
working, every time I hit PRINT a get a message ' SAVING SETTINGS '

Any help ? ....Thanks

ps- yes I set the caladan to print in my hp 5460

Had a similar situation

Try deleting Caladan, loading Caladan v1.8 (if you have it) and then v1.10 - this appeared to "re-set" something and it was ok after that.

There may be routines in v1.8 that have been left out of v1.10 or it might have just been a coincidence that it worked after that

Hey Michael what printer are you using?
the HP is photosmart D-5160
This problem is with my S-6000.

It's wasn't on mine but still on a Bogart machine with an HP 5460.

Just deleting v1.10 and re-installing it didn't 'do' anything but after deleting v1.10 (re-start machine) then putting v1.8 in and then updating it to v1.10 it seemed to do the trick - in this case anyway.

There's no rhyme or reason behind this so just wondered 'if' it worked for you ?

It is my understanding that Bogart MS and Bogart no longer supports the Caladan software. I have the S-4100 and Bogart 3.2c, and it still works, but I think it will not work with the new Bogart 4 and the S-6000 units.

There was once talk of more printer brands as options as 'we' were on a Linux based system . . .

If you currently have the Caladan software, you can still create then archive to a flash drive then import directly into a direct disc compatable printer even if your printer is not currently supported. I don't know how much longer or what Bogart version in which Caladan will be discontinued. Maybe MS will create another labeling graphics program with lots of cool features.
