External Hard Drive wont reload into Renommee

Hello Everyone!

I am having no success in getting stored projects from my external HD (LaCie) back into the Renomme.

I have tried trouble shooting, turning both on and off, unplugging AV cable, replugging AV cable in front of Reno, then in the back,

unplugged Renommee completely.

Yikes! I have about 10 projects on that external Hard Drive and need one NOW!!!!!

Store N' Share or HD backup?

I don't know what storenshare is, but I think I solved the problem.

I was trying to re-load projects from my external hard drive (LaCie) on the systems setting page - Options - Backup/Restore archives - that took me to the list of projects stored in the external hd, but when i selected to download one, it would say "restore failed"

So I don't know what that function even does!

So I went to Project Settings, and under Baackup/REstore, i chose Restore storyboard. so it did download selected project into an empty project - Whew! glad I remembered that one!

So I am still puzzled about the Backup/Restore under Systems Settings.

Hello Kim,

The Backup/Restore button in the System Settings menu is for the some/many of the system data archives (colors, title texts, audio-effect combinations).
