I have just started using a sony HXR-NX5U. I have had a problem with the audio going out of sync. I just shot a video in SD mode 16:9 and tried to load it into the 4k. I have to load it through a memory card through the usb port and it seems to load fine. I do an auto split and the splits seem to go where I have stopped the camera, but there are some ramdom splits. These are where the audio is way out of sync. The camera shoots in default mode HD 1080/60i FX and 480/60i HQ. What should my settings be for the 4K? I can't seem to figure out how to just run the video out of the camera off the memory card. If I can't figure this out soom I will have to go back to the sony 2100's

Re: Loading video problems
You have tried to USB out? My Sony has USB out and this one does also. This is how I do it:
Turn on Sony Camera, plug in mini USB, a pop up will come on as what you want to do, choose USB out from desired location 'internal drive or card', camera is ready
After S4000 has completely booted up, plug in the full size USB into S4000 machine.
(Be sure you have set your INPUT IN PROJECT to the SAME SPEED and SIZE of your film before import)
Go to EDIT WINDOW, Go to RECORD WINDOW, click on USB ICON.....You footage will be listed as you have saved it (BTW, the NEW UPDATE BOGART 4 will have THUMBNAILS "-)
Make a 'checkmark' next to the films you wish to download into casablanca machine and it begins loading.
Very easy and fast!
(BTW, some scenes will have a couple of frames of the previous scene in it, you will need to advance this or cut them off, this has also been fixed in Bogart 4.........see UPDATES
on Chet's site from video footage with Justin explaining at MGT)
