DVI or HDMI?
I just bought a new s6000 and was woundering which type of monitor and hookup I should use the the best picture. I understand HDMI also carries audio and DVI does not.. but which gives better video? and is a VGA better than a TV monitor?

HDMI. HDMI will give you audio signal as well. Use the 1270 X 720 resolution if the monitor is a 720 resolution. If your monitor is 1920 X 1080, then set the screen resolution in your Casablanca to 1920 X 1080.

Re: DVI or HDMI?
DVI and HDMI give the SAME quality picture. As stated HDMI offers audio as well. To engage the AUDIO, you should make sure Media Manager is assigned to AUDIO with the HDMI. I personally like DVI because I can isolate the AUDIO out capability of the S4K series to an external amp/speakers. Be careful with the 1920X1080i monitor settings. Some monitors will produce drop frames. 720 setting works for me better.
