dvd's won't verify

when i try to burn a dvd, it will render and when it comes to verify, it comes up something like, can't verify dvd, and when i put the dvd in dvd player just to see what happens
on the monitor screen, it's something like, playback feature may not be available on this disk. could it be a bad dvd burner?

to veryfy insert the burned DVD in PC and try if played here.
