Will an internal 1 terabyte hard drive work in my Avio?

Re: TeraByte Drives
With an AVIO, the largest HDD we have certified successfully is a 320 GB. I have heard from customers they have used hard-drives up to 500GB, but again we have not certified those as compatible.
Though the new S-4000 PRO ships with a one-terabyte HDD (1,000 gigabytes)
Regards,
Chet

Re: TeraByte Drives
The 1TB drives that you can find in some S4000 units only have the modern S-ATA connection. You can not use those drives with your Casablanca Avio / Prestige / Kron / Solitaire... because those systems only support the parallel ATA connectors.
I have used a Seagate 400 GB drive in my Solitaire at the office for about one year. Then it "physically" died and all data was lost. But that probably was my bad luck.
