Loading to the 4k via sd card
I have just bought a HD camera which saves the video to 4K sd cards. Is there anything I need to load in video from this camera?

Which camera?
Do you want to IMPORT into BOGARTSE or MEDIA MANAGER or BOTH?
Is it AVCHD? If not....is it a P-DV camera using .MOV files?
Is it HDV 1920X1440? 0r 1920X1080?
Is it progressive 24p or 30 P or 1080i?
Does it have variable bit rates over 25 MPS?

What brand? Is it a personal-style HD camera or is it a HD camcorder? I own two personals and probably can help you.

Re: Loading to the 4k via sd card
Sorry for the delay but have been working on the new code system that TIM posted all night.
OK....let's get to work:
I have two personal HD cameras as well. There are three ways to import.
.Analog IN via the RCA cables--loss of quality
.If you have true AVCHD .264...try setting a project to HDV first. Then, open up the RECORD window. Click on the USB ICON. You MAY see your scene in order and just import via OK.
.In Media Manager it will work. Open Media Manager>Options>#6>#5USB>IMPORT> New screen with scenes to the left>Use OK to bring the scenes to the right of the screen>IMPORT
IN BOGARTSE NOW:
.The scene will now be in the BOGARTSE section, so go back to BOGARTSE via the clapboard ICON in Media Manager
.Open the ARCHIVE folder.
.Check-off your scene>OK
.Open your HDV project and you will observe the clip.
Note 1: Your project should be set to HD Progressive since Personal Video is progressive-720p.
Note 2: If you get a jerky picture. Go back again and repeat. NOW, in the very last window before you IMPORTED to the Scene Bin, go to your option setting and check-off GOOD instead of Optimize.
