Resizing Images in PS2
Once an image has been loaded in PhotoStudio can it be resized (i.e. reduced, not cropped)?

Hello Ron!
Please tell us more what you want to do with the image...
If you are wanting to make it a smaller portion of a video frame you can use one of the PIP options or can create a collage of the photo and use BlueBox or...
Let me stop 'talking' and hear how you want to use the photo/why you would want to lower the size.
Regards,
Chet

It's a logo that at the moment fills the screen. I tried reducing the image in Photoshop but it's still pretty big. I would prefer to have it framed by some black. I'll try the PIP and see how that goes.

Ron,
In PS2, under Special :
-select collage
-select new
-select options and select the background color you'd like
-then select "new box"
-pick out the picture that is too large.
-positon and size the photo so that it just fits on your screen.
-select "ok"
-select "create photo"
You now have a scaled down version of the picture in your bin that you can animate, i.e zoom out to reveal entire photo or whatever you want.

As Jeff points out Ron, you can build a Collage of your logo/graphic in PS2 -- in fact, that was the 2nd topic in our last Casablanca Webinar 'Importing & Retouching a Logo/Graphic using Photo Studio 2'. You can view the 21:17 video playback of that lesson here http://www.casablancaexpert.com/categories/webinarpost (scroll down to the 5th embedded video).
