Now we are talking about the resolution... which is good :-)
But I wanted to point out that I don't like the "p" which stands for "progressive" signal because you just see 50% less images per second compared to an "i" signal (interlaced).
And I think in this case you CAN see a difference between 720p and 1080i. Don't you agree?

This discussion is really interesting by the way.
