First thing I'd do is update to v3.2e.

Hi,

Have re-tried all of the suggestions - thank you all for these. However, I'm still faced with the same problem, whether it be in an existing project or a completely new one to 'trial' suggestions.

I'm ever hopeful that someone will come up with the solution.

regards,

When you updated Bogart was it after everything had worked ? was it a update or full install if update and if possible i would try a full install.

Thanks for reply. Bogart was updated a few months ago and it was a very successful update indeed. Several improvements and I've had no problems in that time so I'm quite sure it has nothing to do with any updates etc

Previous projects that were done after the upgrade are still in the Casablanca and the transitions that are in them are still working OK.

I'm sure that I've inadvertently changed a setting somewhere but maybe not. Still hopeful that someone else who has had the same problem will come to my rescue!

Maybe a daft idea but copy all your settings to the board and maybe one of the boffins will spot it

Try comparing the settings of projects which are OK
with the ones in problem projects.
There must be some different settings in problem projects
or else this is not explainable.
Please name again the Bogart version you are on for those maybe
having same trouble.

OK: Here is a REAL long shot, but 'what the heck", nothing to lose:

The Bogart has a COPY TO ANOTHER PROJECT setting (not the clipboard) which will import an existing project into an empty project. Just make sure, prior to importation, that the designated project is set up (formatted-16:9 etc.) to the same exact format as the present project you are having problems.

The above is a NEW feature in Bogart 3.2 series.
