Matthew,
1. Are you exporting from a Casablanca Classic or which Casablanca unit.
2. What is your target destination -- your own website, YouTube or one of the other hosts like MotionBox, Vimeo, etc.?
Then we can provide you some suggestions.

a classic and youtube or just on the computers hard drive i dont have a firewire card
