Can I import a foreign language font (Hebrew) into my prestige? (SE8) And if so - how do I go about it?

I see you are running Smart Edit 8 -- you can do this IF the font you wish to work with is a True Type Font (.ttf)
I am naive about the Hebrew character set - I believe for this to be truly successful there would need to be correspondence between characters on the keyboard but then that's not true -- I have just recently used some really cool True Type symbol fonts with my Casablanca. I am going to be showing some of these at my MGT workshop this next week -- some _awesome_ new titling available to us!!
See this thread for details:

Some ASCII symbols will also work with this. Google ASCII symbols and it will give you a list, and how to use them. Usually its the alt key plus some other key. Most regular keyboards can do this.

Thank you Chet and Jim.
On my PC I am writing in Hebrew (Shift + Alt and I am there) I also have an Hebrew/English Keyboard.
My questions are:
1. Can I transfer the Hebrew fonts from the PC to the Cassie? and if so - How?
2. Is anybody selling Hebrew TTF on a CD so that I can import it into the Cassie? I tried to Google it but did not get anywhere.
Your help or anybodies help will be greatly appreciated.
T.You, Ilan

If the Hebrew fonts on your PC are True Type the answer is yes!
Click on 'My Computer'
Click on your 'Hard Drive Disk'
Click to open the 'Windows' folder
Find the 'Fonts' folder, click to open it
In this folder reside all your 'resident' fonts - all the fonts used by the applications on your PC
Click on the view button (at top of windows screen) to select the list or detail view
Find the Hebrew font -- hopefully under filename there is a .TTF ( or .ttf) suffix/extension. If yes, you have a True Type Font that is compatible with Casablanca OS 8/Bogart SE OS 2.
Copy this font (don't just drag/move it or you will not have it on your PC any longer) onto a USB flash drive.
Insert this USB flash drive into your Casablanca and in the Titling menu of Smart Edit 8/Bogart 2 you will see Font Import in the Fonts section. Click and add this font and you are ready to go!
NOTE: If you do not have a TTF Hebrew font - google 'TTF Hebrew Font' I just did and got several good links right away (many free fonts).

Chet
