It's gone Andra. :(

I also miss the dearth of information that was lost with it's ignomanious descent into disfunctionality, but the writers of the code for that board went out of business and when it corrupted and fell apart on technical issues I believe it went beyond the reach or control of MSUS which is why they were forced to migrate us to this current forum.

Don't believe any of that, Andra.

The old forum permanently fried a circuit with guys like Tim constantly using phrases like, "ignomanious descent into disfunctionality".

Sort of like how an old Xerox copier reacts when some big guy drops trou, sits on the glass, and makes photocopies of his biggest asset.

After a while, the old machines just can't handle it anymore...

:D :D :D

And I see I need to use a spell checker, that should have been "ignominious".

Odd, I saw the mispelling in your quote, but not in my original posting of it to the fact that after laughing out loud I said to myself, hey, quote me exactly (to the spelling) if you are going to quote me and then noticed that you did. LOL

PS - John, you think that phrase caused the old BB to crash, wait till you see my next post on the Questions to MGT thread.

Hi Andra,

Welcome back! Many of us have saved and/or printed out posts that we found useful. If you ask a question you may get answers based on old posts.

You don't say which operating system your Prestige is running on, but you may want to consider updating to Smart Edit 8 and picking up a training DVD or two from MSUS. (OS 8 was released with some problems but we have been assured they are being addressed .) :? :?: Look at this page for some detail on improvements to the OS. http://macrosystem.us/index.php?pr=Operating_Systems

Chet Davis' new website devoted to training Cassie users is a great resource you should take a look at. http://www.casablancaexpert.com/ The information is well organized to make it easy to find the info you're looking for.

You could also take a look at this page from Carroll Lam's website http://www.clamcamvideo.com/resources.html and start reading to help you get up to speed.
