Ksebara in Bogart

Where is Ksebara in Bogart OS? Under "New" only Disk Transfer and Stars are available options. Arabesk 4.1 is active. Thanks

If you see Disk Transfer then you are in a SD Project and I'd guess perhaps you have the software selection setting set for "Optional" which would hide Ksebara seeing as it is a default software for Bogart SE and is located in the Video Edit menu under New.

If so, switch the setting to All.

Or perhaps you are not scrolling down and are only looking at the recently used software choices above the line (new feature)?

I have the setting set to "all" Disc Transfer is above and below the line. Stars is below the line. There are no other options such as colorbars, color, black, pattern, etc.

I have heard of this happening and actually saw it in my last hands-on Casablanca workshop with one of the learners. I would suggest completing a software update with the version of the Bogart SE OS you are using (not a destructive or clean installation).

This helped in both previous occasions where this happened to someone on an S4000 unit.

P.S. Ksebara in both Bogart SE OS 2 and Smart Edit 8 is now found under New in the Edit menu.

Thanks Chet. That brought all the "New" listings back including Ksebara. Maybe some other things I didn't even know were missing.
