Arabesk 2.4a play back problem?

I’m having trouble getting a dvd to play all 5 films that I have burned using Arabesk 2.4a (total of all 5 films 59 mins). I’m using OS 8.0 and this is the first time I’ve tried to burn a dvd using OS 8.0 I’ve never had a problem using OS 7. I have tried several different dvd players to play back with but I get the same results, it will play the first film but when I select any of the other films it never plays. I have tried to reload all five films but the same result. I have changed the film order so a different film is in the first position and again only film number1 plays. All films load up with no problem and I get the message “this dvd has been verified” and all films play back fine when using the dvd play back feature on my Renommee Plus. I have tried only loading up 2 films but again it will only play film no.1. In the dvd setup when selecting control I’m using “menu”. I’m using Taiyo Yuden Premium 8x discs. My dvd burner is a DVR 111D using firmware version 1.29. I’ve reloaded the 2.4a software but I haven’t tried to burn any dvd’s. I was hoping for ideas before I tried to burn any more coasters. I've already burned 6 coasters.

You might want to use DVD-RWs (re-writables) to burn test discs first. Have you downloaded and tried OS 8.1 that was recently released?

Still using OS 8.0. I always seem to forget about the rewritables. Thanks for the suggestion. Chuck
