SPRO-4000 Locking Up

Here we go again!! my s-pro just lock :evil: so I unplugged.
Now I tried to turning ON and whont work .

Please S-PRO paramedics HELP!!!!!! :oops:

Franklin, you should not have unplugged it when it locked up. Holding the "OK" button down till it shut down was the proper way to shut it down when it locks up. Don't know what to tell you now.

Tech support call me ;) and tell me that
press at the same time the ON-OF power
and the OK button and this will work !!

Yes, holding the power button in by itself does not do anything if you have a lock up.

That was what you did to perform a forced power shut down on a Solitaire, but not a S4000Pro.

A forced power down on a S4000Pro requires holding two buttons at the same time.

The Power button and the OK button.

Pulling the plug leads to potential problems of the S4P not coming back up for minutes or even days in some incidences.
