Since MGT-09,(3 months ago ) there was a lot of promises about BETTER updates
and HOPE news from MS.

Are we missing something to COMPLETE those HOPES

I seriously think it's just around the corner Franklin, but I agree that is less than a satisfying answer.

Don't let your loyal customers sit in the dark from what is going on - communicate with Germany and respond to questions like the ones from Franklin as he is very close to moving on to another editing system. I know you are reading this forum, just write something and not leave everything up to Tim and Lou to answer - especially questions like operational software so they can start using this machine.

Mine is working OK but I am in PAL land and have never experienced any dropped frames but I have been editing only in DV not in HDV. Had some issues with Quadcam not wanting to run more than 2 cameras at a time and had to do it the long way to make it work. (Probably didn't make any money on that job but who cares - Macrosystems doesn't.)

A new QuadCam update is on its way, and a new Bogart update. Looks fine for me now when using 4 cameras.
Many more bugs have been fixed so I expect an update to be released soon.

direct WHISPER to NTSC land.
I suggest to be very careful when those UPDATE
come to NTSC land.. , I don't whant to see this forum

I noticed on the download site an update for Bogart SE from 2.2 to 2.2-1 PAL. Loading it to install product it still says 2.2 so I've not installed it. Is it an update or not, and if it is, what are the changes?

Ah, you found the secret update

Honestly, this update does not contain any major changes or improvements. We just had to modify the installation process in order to support the Solitaire systems a "little bit better". This update already is rather old by the way. If you already have Bogart 2.2 and you don't have a Solitaire system, there is no need to download it.
