PLEASE.......................HELP..............
For some reason, after using PS ( 1st time ) and transporting photos to SB, my KRON has become very unstable. Anything to do with adding transitions, titles, locks up the SB and eventually Crashes with 'Unrecoverable Error, will now shut down??? I'm not sure if this is the problem, but in the PS program, I had set each photo to 7-seconds but when they were added to the SB, they all changed to 5.25 seconds. I have changed some of the photos to 7-seconds on the SB but still have the same crashes. This is my first problem I ever had with the KRON acting in this manner. Is it the PS program that is causing these Crashes???? Any HELP will be most appreciated.

Hi Ed

Try to uninstall the program you just installed and if that does the trick you got the problem. If it doesn't make a difference than it might need a full destructive install from your OS and all add on software. How long ago have you done one? I know it is a pain to empty your machine out but that could be your own option and start with a clean slate. It is not good to keep your machine filled up to over 80% there might not even be 20% left that number is not that accurate. Just ask your dealer if you need to do one if you are not sure. I will do mine again when it slows down over the winter period.

Good luck.

I had this problem with my Kron+ and what I did to avoid a software re-install was start the edit in a new project. It seemed to work for me. Most likely a bad frame of video, but you should be able to clipboard transfer all your material from the old project to a new one and proceed without a hitch...
