Photo Studio 2 not importing correctly

Photo Studio 2 not importing correctly
When I try to load jpegs in PS2 via SM card or disc they are all botched and smeared. Let me guess another glitch with V.8 OS and PS2.

with 8.0 you may have to reinstall OS8 not full but just update. I had this happen on my solitare also. HTH

Can someone tell me the process to download OS 8.1. I currently have 8.0 I always used the CD's that came with the new OS I never downloaded any from a MS website. Will MS mail u a CD of the latest version.
