I put my Ren in pause for maybe a minute-90 seconds to do something else for a second. Come back and try to get it going again, and it says it has to shut down. I shut it down, and it comes back up saying it wasn't shut down properly, and needs to re-boot again, so its running right. Who else is experiencing this?

Hello,

This is one of the maddening things we have all experienced with MS software. If it causes a shut down by itself, it has always come back up with the scolding message saying that we shut it down improperly, thereby blaming us for something that it did by itself.

I have never understood why MS hasn't taken that insulting message off of there as a courtesy to it's customers rather than blaming us.

I have had to read that message thousands of times since 1999.

10-4 on that. I have been using Macro System since 2000 and all my machines have done that. Most of the time with me its been when I have cursered over to something with the trackball and in my hurried way clicked off of my mark. Its irritating when that happens but 1 time when I was using an Avio I had that happen and I lost the project I was working on. I called Tech support and they said it was a a glitch. They said to be assured of my work being saved to go to another project and back ever once in a while and that would save the project. I did it for a while after that but I forget to do it. My Renemmee has done it but not near as often as other machines. Bob...
