I have just installed new bogart updates with a full install. I had used unit with VGA monitor and DVI input but now all it will do is display on analog tv only. Any suggestions or has anyone else had this problem. All else seems ok for now. Thanks. Lowell

I see in the notes that there are some issues with some VGA monitors I have a 26" Vizio 6 months old. Anyone else using other monitor that works with the 4000?

Hello Lowell,
I am successfully using VGA monitor with the new Bogart SE OS update (V2.3c) and have confirmed success in both single monitor VGA as well as Dual VGA/DVI monitor mode. I'll give you a call to troubleshoot since you are a member of my website.
For you and other members -- one of the new benefits in this OS upgrade is the ability to view the Media Manager menu via DVI connection - I have a short tutorial describing how to access this new setting on my website here

Once you observe the ANALOG interface, simply change the monitor to VGA/DVI etc.
BTW: 2.3C is lookin pretty good so far.

If you were using that VGA monitor and video monitor with your S4000Pro prior to updating to 2.3c it should work with 2.3c.
You need to change the monitor settings which is done in System Settings, Lowell.

My Sony vga will not work with 2.3
So far I like 2.3! Love the large screens in Quad Cam!
I want My CB Paint!
