Using Arabesk 4.1e, I cannot find the secret to getting individual films to stop before the end of the chapter. The films play until end of the chapter then revert to the chapter menu.
As I read the instructions, when "individual play" is selected it should play to the end of the film then return to the chapter menu.
I've use various control combinations but no luck so far.
Is it likely this can't be done in the current software? If so what is the recommended work-around? Make each film into a separate chapter? I haven't tried that yet.
Your thoughts?

Re: Arabesk Controls
Hello Darrel,
Individual Play relates only to the Films/Projects and their behavior in the Main Menu.
Chapters are not affected by this setting/option. You would have to break your content from your chapters into individual, separate films to have them revert back to the menu each time -- otherwise, once the audience selects a specific chapter to begin playback it will continue playing the rest of the chapters in that film until that film ends.
Hope that helps!
Regards,
Chet

Re: Arabesk Controls
Darrell,
It sounds like you are mixing terminology.
You have Films (which are separate Storyboards).
The Edit Menu creates the primary menu which shows the Films as Stamps (these can be customized in size or made invisible so only text represents them).
Films will play individually and then revert to the Main Menu which as mentioned is created in Edit Menu.
In Add Film you have the option of creating Chapters (which can be individual Scenes, specific set time lengths of Storyboard or customized lengths of Storyboard) in the specific individual Film your are loading and a Chapter Menu if you choose this option.
Chapters play from the Chapter you choose until the end of the Film that the Chapter is created from.

At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
