Need help posting video clip to my blog

I was wondering if anyone here could help me with posting a video clip to my new Blog.

Now I have a 2.5 minute SD 16x9 highlight that is completely edited from my Renommee Plus.
Any advice on what you all use to convert your high def clips down to fit within the 100MB max rule?
