Yesterday was my R-PLUS,now my S-PRO whont START... , I only see the
macrosystem LOGO at the lcd front panel,and thE S-PRO is not coming UP...
I just unplugge EVERYTHINg fron the back in tell tomorrow morning.

PLease any HELP!!!!.........FRANKLIN...

PS- I was triyng to use KSBARA when this happen,the trail FROM THE DVD BURNER, IT WONT OPEN
so the DVD is inside the BURNER

.Power-up the unit...if you can

.While it is powering up

.PRESS the ESC button....hold and tap during the power-up

.Drawer will open

The unit is probably trying to boot from the disc.

Hope this works.

Did you have a power-surge in your area?

NOW.....if you do not see anything on the DVI side monitor, PLUG in a S-VHS cable to a monitor as the unit may have defaulted to S-VHS.

As Lou mentioned it's likely not coming up because it is trying to boot from the DVD.

Hold the ESC button (top left hand corner on your keyboard) down during the entire power up and it should open the drawer so you can take the DVD out and power cycle properly.

Does the front display say;

"Macrosystem"

or;

Macro [squareblock] system ?

What was wrong with each unit?

Hey the S-PRO was tryng to boot with a DVD that was inside the BURNER,so all your
suggestion resolved the problem !!

R-plus I don't know what happened,but I turned the machine on again and IT REVIVED !!
