I am trying to change to HDMI on my sony 27 tv, and no
video signals... .Only 1 monitor,not 2 video monitors !!

I am away from my office until Monday - don't know if this addresses your issue but it could be related to your monitor selection/set-up. If so - check out the emergency monitor switch. This is available on the MS DE website and I have it on my Casablanca Expert website here (log-in first)
