S4000 Pro - Record out to analog VCR

I have to record a project onto a VHS tape. I have tried everything but I cannot get the video to show up on the VCR. Is one of the many quirks of the S4000 Pro that you cannot record out to analog anymore? I could burn it to DVD and then use a separate DVD player to feed the VCR but that is just silly. Why can't I record out to the VHS??!!

Hi Mike,
it's quite a long time ago I exported to VHS.
I don't know how your VHS recorder works to set it ready for recording.
Do you export your video to VHS via Cinch/RCA or S-Video?
Are you sure to have connected S4000 outputs to VHS inputs?

I believe what Mike is dealing with is the inability for the Bogart OS to send video signal to both digital (DVI) ports and analog video ports at the same time. I believe you would have to switch to single video monitor mode (or dual monitor mode, with video as your monitor 2) and then you could export via either S-Video or RCA/Phono video output jacks.
Regards,
Chet

In the past, I had to pull out the entire DVI cable. Utilized the S-Video cable-then it worked. However, there could be another way but this worked for me. Luckily, I no longer send out analog.
