Hi mrbrown,
there are some open questions to answer yours
SD or HD-Project?
Which process was initiated?
Rendering for Arabesk?
Rendering in Finish menue for tape playout?
Rendering for Storyboard saving?

Hi mrbrown,

create a scene of your storyboard contents.
Clipboard this scene to an empty SD project.
In Arabesk --->Remove all films
In Arabesk check "Settings"--->DVD/DVD Video
Add Film-->OK
Check in "All" and -->Create
Film will be rendered
Check in "Films,Chapter Menus" if film has been added-->OK
For burning of DVD--> Write DVD

Hello,

When rendering in Arabesk, the Cassie software will stop rendering if there is a hot spot in the audio tracks anywhere in the production. It will also stop if there is a section of missing information in the video. It will also stop if there has been a previous film left in the memory from a past DVD and it runs out of space to add the new one. So it is important to remove the old films before adding any new ones in Arabesk.

Then make sure there aren't any audio tracks that are overloaded with sound that is recorded to loud so that a red line appears in the audio line just under the video storyboard images. Lower any sections that are too loud and it should solve the problem.

Good luck and let us know how this works out for you.

OK then,

Lowering the audio levels so that the red line turns blue and stays blue should solve your problem. It's always a good idea to render all the audio and video for that matter, before you try to create a DVD.

That way, you check everything out to make sure it's alright first....so you can make corrections before burning the DVD. I've never edited anything that was perfect the first time. It always takes a couple times though or more before I'm satisfied and am ready to Burn the DVD.

Hello Mark,

Hey, it was good to hear back that your audio was in the red and lowering it will help with your problem.

I'm sorry, I mislead you on the Capital letters, you certainly may use capitals at the proper places like the beginning of sentences and names etc. just not for the entire sentence.

Welcome to the Casablanca Family or friends. We are indeed a group who likes helping each other and try to make everyone welcome. We hope that you find this forum a very helpful place and will come back and visit with us often. I try to make it a daily visit.
