Lost My Audio!

Hello,
I have a Prestige with version 3.6d. It appears the unit is not putting out any audio. When I play a scene there is no sound from my speakers. This happened once before but went away by itself. The speakers are good. I have checed all connections and even replace wires with ones I know work. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How is your audio out connected? From Audio RCA out to active speakers? To an amplifer? From Scart through to a TV/monitor? Can you see the level meters working?

Thanks for the reply!
It is connected from the Prestige through red and white RCA cables to a pair of small Sony stereo speakers. Yes the level meters do work.

Did this set up work previously? The speakers would need to be active (built in amplifer and power supply) to work connected to Audio out. Alternatively connected to an audio amp or monitor with speakers.

The speakers are plugged into the wall outlet for power. I hooked them up to a different audio source and they work fine.

Unfortunately I don't have a Scart plug to try that.

I guess I can edit with Windows Movie Maker if I have to.
